Phantom Shopping is a consultancy, training and mystery shopping company helping businesses (from retail to gas stations) achieve great customer experience but more especially great sales results (their ROI is off the chart!). Phantom Shopping measure sales efforts via their mystery shoppers being sent to the stores of their clients and assess the efforts put in by the sales teams.
Our goal was to create an eye-catching web design which reflects the nature of the company and improve its visibility. We really enjoyed creating the new website with such a creative mind and achieved the desired outcome.
